These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Cashbet77 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Cashbet77"), governing your access to and use of the Cashbet77 website, mobile applications, software, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds into a User's Account via an approved payment method including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, or USDT TRC20.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Platform" means the Cashbet77 website, mobile applications, and all related software and services accessible at cashbet77.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or participation in online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wagering turnover a User must complete before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a User to transfer available real-money funds from their Account to a designated personal payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on Cashbet77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your membership:

1. You must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Cashbet77 strictly prohibits the registration or use of its Services by persons under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process and may be requested at any time at the Platform's discretion.

6. You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder for personal entertainment purposes.

Account registration on Cashbet77 is free of charge. Users are required to provide accurate personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid mobile phone number. Cashbet77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

4.1 Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Cashbet77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, Cashbet77 requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian players include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport. A clear selfie photograph may also be required. 5.1 Approved Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Details are displayed at the Cashier section of your Account. Cashbet77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges for which Cashbet77 bears no responsibility.

5.3 Prohibited Deposits

Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using another person's bank account, e-wallet, or card — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Cashbet77 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal channels will be made available at the Platform's discretion.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance or fraud reviews.

6.2 Processing Times

These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside Cashbet77's control including bank processing schedules or maintenance windows.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. Players in higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated withdrawal limits. Full limit schedules are available in the Cashier section of your Account.

Cashbet77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps that are specified at the point of the bonus offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Account unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stipulated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Cashbet77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time where abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are tracked separately in your Account and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• Cashbet77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where the Platform reasonably determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.

7.2 VIP Programme

Cashbet77 operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme with six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier benefits including cashback rates, personal account managers, and withdrawal priority are described in the VIP Programme terms. Tier status is calculated based on monthly wagering turnover and may be adjusted monthly in accordance with programme rules.

7.3 Referral and Migration Bonuses

Where referral or platform migration bonuses are offered, specific eligibility criteria apply. Cashbet77 does not permit the creation of fictitious accounts or the use of multiple identities to benefit from referral structures. Any such conduct will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and balances.

All wagers placed on the Cashbet77 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to the relevant product rules.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting at Cashbet77 covers a wide range of markets including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, tennis, basketball, and e-sports. All sports bets are subject to the applicable sporting body's official results. Cashbet77 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds published due to technical error, manifest pricing errors, events cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play, and suspicious betting patterns.

8.2 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are accepted subject to a minimum of two (2) selections and a maximum number of legs as specified in the Cashier. If one or more legs of a Mix Parlay is voided, the remaining selections will be settled as a reduced parlay. Specific rules governing Mix Parlay payouts are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

8.3 Casino and Live Dealer

Casino games including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sic Bo, and slot titles are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within each game. Cashbet77 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for digital casino titles. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. Results are final once confirmed by the game software or live dealer system.

8.4 Bet Settlement Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute to Cashbet77 customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the bet settlement. Disputes submitted after this window will not be reviewed. Cashbet77's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject only to manifest error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cashbet77 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair wagering advantage;
• Colluding with other players in casino or poker games to gain a collective advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them to Cashbet77 support;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate the movement of proceeds of crime;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means including stolen payment instruments;
• Accessing the Platform via a proxy, VPN, or other technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse including but not limited to matched betting using Platform bonuses, arbitrage on promotional odds, or exploiting welcome offers across multiple accounts.

All content on the Cashbet77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video material, software, source code, and database rights, is the property of Cashbet77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Cashbet77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cashbet77, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of wagered funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, system interruptions, or technical failures.

Cashbet77 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical disruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. Cashbet77 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where feasible.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in all gaming activities entirely at your own risk. Cashbet77 is not responsible for the outcome of any wager placed on the Platform.

Cashbet77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification procedures;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution;
• At the request of the Account holder (self-exclusion or voluntary closure);
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.

12.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance review. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus play are forfeited upon account closure for cause.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Cashbet77 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding real-money balances will be settled within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe following confirmation of your identity.

• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Any account determined to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed and reported to the relevant authorities where required.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the applicable jurisdiction under which Cashbet77 operates. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Cashbet77 customer support to seek an informal resolution. Cashbet77 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes submitted in good faith within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15.3 Entire Agreement
